Marketing Unlike most agents out their, I put down on paper how I will market your home. I offer a 38 point marketing plan. Most agents offer a 3 point plan consisting of putting your home in the MLS, putting a sign on your front yard and a lock box on your door. Some of my marketing includes a variety of websites, mass mailings (drip mailers), full Virtual tours (not visual tours) which are less effective and free to agents, Listing boxes with full color brochures available to any passing interested buyers. Newspaper ads, Real Estate Book color ads, google analytics that allow me to follow up with interested buyers who have looked at your home on-line and much more.
